Normally I wouldn’t toot my own horn, but working hard on this project deserves a little mention.
I designed and illustrated the Pima Community College 2009 Calendar. They have one designed every year which they sell to their employees. The project was a huge challenge that took me about four months to complete. The majority of the time spent on the project was dedicated to the illustrations. We had very positive feedback from the final design and decided to enter it to NCMPR (National Council for Marketing and Public Relations).
I am pleased to announce that it won the Gold Paragon Award for computer-generated illustration. This was a national competition and was honored to be recognized for this award. Hopefully I will have the honor to be chosen to design next years calendar with the same results.
